Commissioning Services for LEED Gold 36 MW Data Center
PROJECT OVERVIEW
CAI provided comprehensive commissioning services for a confidential client’s 36MW LEED Gold certified data center in Cheyenne, Wyoming. The project involved verifying the build and startup of the facility to LEED Gold commissioning standards across five turnover phases. CAI’s team reviewed submittals, participated in Factory Witness Testing, and performed extensive L4 and L5 testing on critical electrical and mechanical equipment. Through our expertise, CAI ensured the data center was built according to contract documents and operationally ready for the owner’s team. The project was completed on time and within budget over a 2 year period, allowing the facility to achieve LEED certification and commence operations as scheduled.
