PROJECT OVERVIEW

This case study shows how a 100,000-square-foot facility turned undocumented space from a liability into a strategic asset using reality capture and digital twin technology. CAI scanned the entire facility in four hours and delivered a precise, fully navigable digital model within days. This allowed teams to measure, plan, and collaborate remotely with accurate data instead of assumptions. As a result, the organization improved decision-making, reduced project risk, accelerated alignment, and strengthened coordination. The solution evolved from a documentation fix into a long-term digital foundation for operations and future growth.
