Requirements include:
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced professional to join our team in India, specifically in resource or equipment sales. This role focuses on expanding our validation services business within the pharmaceutical, biotech, API, and OSD industries. The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of these sectors and a strong network of contacts within procurement and project teams. The role of a Sales & Business Development Specialist – India CAI is to:
·        Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the pharmaceutical, biotech, API, and OSD industries, specifically targeting validation services.
·        Leverage existing relationships with procurement and project teams to build and expand our client base.
·        Develop customized sales strategies to promote our validation services to key decision-makers.
·        Work closely with clients to understand their validation needs and align our service offerings accordingly.
·        Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with new and existing clients to ensure ongoing satisfaction.
·        Conduct presentations, negotiate contracts, and finalize agreements with prospective clients.
·        Monitor and analyze market trends to identify potential growth areas and adapt strategies.
·        Provide feedback to internal teams to ensure our services align with client expectations and industry standards.
 
Position Requirements:
·        Master’s/ bachelor’s degree in Sales, marketing, or a related field.
·        Experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, API, or OSD industries, with a focus on resource or equipment sales.
·        Strong network of contacts within client procurement and project teams.
·        Proven ability to develop and maintain client relationships and drive business growth.
·        Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
·        Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
·        Understanding of validation services in the context of pharmaceutical and biotech industries.
