Role Overview:
We are seeking two dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executives to expand our client base in India. These roles will focus on recruiting sales and equipment sales/validation services, targeting the pharmaceutical, biotech, OSD, and API sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
• Recruitment Sales:
o Identify and engage with clients in the pharmaceutical and biotech industries for recruitment solutions.
o Develop and maintain strong relationships with HR and hiring managers.
o Proactively identify talent needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions.
o Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet sales targets.
• Equipment Sales & Validation Services:
o Develop and grow the sales pipeline for equipment and validation services.
o Build strong relationships with manufacturing and operations teams in client organizations.
o Collaborate with technical teams to offer comprehensive validation and compliance solutions.
o Achieve and exceed sales goals through strategic business development.
Qualifications and Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree in business, Life Sciences, or a related field (MBA preferred).
• Proven track record in business development or sales in relevant industries.
• Recruitment Sales Role: Experience in staffing, recruitment, or talent solutions sales.
• Equipment Sales Role: Experience in equipment sales, validation services, or technical sales.
• Strong understanding of the pharmaceutical, biotech, OSD, and API sectors in India.
