He recently retired from the practice of public accounting after a career that spanned 49 years. Immediately prior to his retirement in May 2023, Tom served as the Managing Partner for Sponsel CPA Group an Indianapolis based CPA firm that he started in 2009 and currently employs 40+ team members. His professional experience includes providing advisory services on entrepreneurial startups, mergers and acquisitions, succession planning, organizational structure, and strategic planning. He also holds the ABV designation \u201cAccredited in Business Valuation\u201d and has testified extensively in court proceedings on matters related to business valuations and economic damages.He proved his own entrepreneurial skills in starting his own CPA firm in 2009.<\/p>\n

His professional contributions and recognitions include the Indiana CPA Society\u2019s( INCPAS) President\u2019s Award for his distinguished service to the CPA profession and was also the recipient of the INCPAS Outstanding CPA in Public Practice award. Prior to founding her firm, Ms. Smith served as Senior Vice President of Corporate Financial Planning & Analysis for Estee Lauder Companies and Senior Vice President & CFO for Redbox. She also held leadership positions at Procter & Gamble, Bank of America and Sara Lee.<\/p>\n

Ms. Smith presently serves on the boards of the American Pop Corn Company (APCC) and the Florida First Coast YMCA.\u00a0 She serves as the Evaluation and Compensation Committee Chair at APCC and Treasurer and Finance Committee Chair for the Florida First Coast YMCA. Chaz Calitri is the Vice President of Operations for Sterile Injectables US\/EU for Pfizer Inc. He is long term active member of the International Society of Pharmaceutical Engineers. Chaz has devoted his entire career to the Pharmaceutical Industry. He has held assignments and leadership positions in areas including Production Operations, Global Engineering, Capital Projects Management, Facilities Management, and Site Engineering.<\/p>\n

In 2020 Chaz led the Kalamazoo manufacturing site which enabled, scaled-up and launched Pfizer\u2019s Covid-19 Vaccine. He holds a B.S. degree in Chemical Engineering from Cornell University and an MBA in International Business from Fairleigh Dickinson University. He is a licensed Professional Engineer in New York and New Jersey. Chaz resides in Ventnor City, New Jersey with his two daughters.<\/p>\n

Dave Sternasty recently retired as the Vice President of Corporate Engineering and Global Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) for Lilly. He has over 35 years of pharmaceutical operations and engineering experience with Lilly and Aventis Pharmaceuticals, having worked and lived in Cincinnati, Indianapolis, Puerto Rico, and France. Dave played a crucial role in the design, construction, qualification, and operation of fill\/finish and API manufacturing sites across various locations.<\/p>\n

He recieved a BS degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Cincinnati. Additionally, Dave serves as a board member for several non-profits, including the Minority Engineering Program of Indianapolis and Purposeful Design. He is also a Fellow for the SMART Manufacturing Grant committee for Conexus in Indiana.
